Terry Dickson
Terry brings two decades of experience in commercial real estate law. Having practiced as a Partner at a number of strong regional firms, Terry specialises in site acquisition and disposal, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management and SIPP and SSAS real estate advice. His unique background also includes involvement in sports management and sports regulatory matters through his experience gained as a director of Birmingham and Solihull Rugby Football Club and his player management business.
Helena Bannister
Helena is a seasoned property litigator with over 21 years of experience. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of property litigation, including service charge disputes and advising on complex residential block management issues. Previously holding senior roles at Buckles and Wright Hassall.
Evita Svampane
Evita Svampane is a property litigator with experience in commercial property lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), landlord and tenant break options, possession claims and forfeiture. She also advises on a variety of property matters including adverse possession, service charge and easement disputes.

Louise Evans
Louise Evans is an experienced Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant and more recently a Paralegal with over 21 years’ experience within the legal industry, predominately working in Property Litigation and Real Estate. With her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and pro-active approach she supports her team with complex diary and file management, client relations, coordinating with court officials and barristers’ chambers as well as third parties and prepares key court documents.
